Connecting with other like-minded people to share the journey of faith and life is integral to the Christian walk. Mahurangi Hope Church has more than 16 Hope Groups that meet weekly in homes and shared spaces across the region.
People meet to fellowship together, usually around a shared meal or supper, pray, and read and discuss God’s word. Some groups have chosen books of the Bible to study, or drawn on a theme, while others are working through Christian books or video series.
Each group has appointed leaders and most meet in the evenings, or mornings. With such a diverse group of leaders that there really is something for everyone, including families, young adults, seniors and more.
